He was predeceased by : his parents, Ervin Mazemke and Lucille Mazemke (Koehler); his brothers, Vernon (JoAnn) and Marvin (Carole); his granddaughter Kelsey Nicole Buch; and his siblings-in-law, William and Helen Johnson.
He is survived by : his wife Connie Johnson; his children, Eric Mazemke, Elizabeth, Madelyn, Sidney and Christal Buch (Kevin); his grandchildren, Brady (Kellynn Kaczorowski), Ashley, Emily and Riley; his sister Betty Bonikowske (Roger); and his nieces and nephews, Michael Mazemke (Brenda), Marsha Handrich (Terry) and Michele Slater (Charles).
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be established by his family.
