He was predeceased by : his parents, Clayton Purvis and Gloria Purvis (Holle). He is survived by : his wife Sue Ann Reinke; his children, Chad (Heather) of Fall River, Chris of Beaver Dam and Nici Delmore (Nathan) of Deforest; his grandchildren, N. J., Nyellie, Nadinlin, Noel, Nicolette Delmore, Ella, Calan, Isabell Purvis and Cooper Purvis; and his sisters, Cindy Ritter (Chuck) of Stoughton and Susie Ferguson of Beaver Dam. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
