He is survived by : his spouse Carolyn McFarlane (Green) of Combined Locks; his daughter Erin Spengler (Paul) of Oak Creek; his mother-in-law Helen Brahm of Appleton; his pet Max; his grandchildren, Kady O'Brien (Jack), Nicole Horrell, Gereon Unmuth, Anthony McKendry, Brandon Schlender, Samantha Schlender, Logen Duffey, Jacob Unmuth, Gavin Unmuth, Lydia Heiman, Jordan Unmuth and Kaden Unmuth; his great grandchildren, Payton, Kymora, Sarai and Elijah; his friend Bob Katch; his sisters-in-law, Christine Thompson of Antigo, Cynthia Sieracki (John) of Appleton and Cheri Krause (Al) of Milwaukee; and also, Kelly Unmuth (Marvin) of Oshkosh, Lisa Duffey of Menasha, Natalie Heiman of Appleton and Bill Unmuth of Appleton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
