She is survived by: her parents, Tony Hafer and Cathy Hafer; her children, Sierra Slizewski and Hunter Hafer; her brother Jeremiah Hafer (Deila); her nephew Zavier Hafer; and her boyfriend Darren Slizewski. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
