He was predeceased by: his parents, Waino Jacobsen and Florence Jacobsen; his son Isaac Samuelson; and his sister Paula Smith. He is survived by: his wife Gina of Conover; his daughter Jaime Rice of Eagle River; his siblings, Wayno (Mary Ellen) of Shorewood, WI, Peter (Pat) of Perrysburg, OH, Jon (Bonnie) of Stillwater, MN, Greta Blyth of Phoenix, AZ and Eva Buchicchio (Dennis) of Rhinelander, WI; and his grandchildren, Michael, Sydney, Ethan, Dominic and Anthony. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
