He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon J. Booth and Alice Booth (Wilson); and his brother Melvin Booth. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Booth (Gustafson); his children, Colleen G. Chappell (Dwight) and James Wesley Booth (Renae); and his grandchildren, Christine Chappell Belkin (Sergei), Nathan Chappell (Dori), Danielle Chappell Hayward (Daniel), Sara Jo Johnson (Eric), David R. Booth (Naomi), Michael J. Booth (Maija) and Joshua J. Booth.
