He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Steffens and Lorraine Steffens. He is survived by: his wife Mary C. Foucault; and his children, Thomas Steffens of Burlington, Dan Steffens (Michelle) of Rochester, James Steffens (Karen) of Waterford, Michael Steffens (Colleen) of Town, Kerry Cates (Bill) of Lake Geneva and Joseph Steffens (Danielle) of Phelps. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
