Kristine Oren touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clair Oren and Nancy Beggs Oren (Beggs); her husband Ronald Nelson; and her sister Kathy Oren. She is survived by: her sons, Tyler Nelson (McKenna) and Jake Nelson (Kaylee Tipton); her grandson Croix Nelson; her brothers, Kent (Karen) and Kevin Oren (Jenny); and her close friend Mike Taylor. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and many cousins.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Gunderson East Funeral & Cremation Care (5203 Monona Dr, Monona, WI 53716). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Doubledays (4586 Baxter Rd, Cottage Grove, WI 53527). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
