It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fern Lorraine Anderson (Crandon, Wisconsin), who passed away on May 9, 2020, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, William Sr. Benser and Anna Benser (Wurtinger); her husbands, Ruland Galien and Norman Anderson; her son Jerry Anderson; her children-in-law, Sue Anderson, Vincent Benser (Loval), Leo Benser (Myrtle), Walter Benser (Effie), William Jr. Benser (Alma), George Benser (Betty), Myrtle Gunderson (Carl), Deloris Chase (Charles) and Almara Braun (Norman); and also Leona.
She is survived by : her children, Ruby Fisher (Ronald), Wayne Galien (Little Suamico), Kurtis Galien (Karen), James Anderson and Steve Anderson (Sharon) of Zion Grove, PA; her daughter-in-law Nancy M. Anderson; and her brother-in-law Leon Galien. She is also survived by six granddaughters, two great-granddaughters, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, a private graveside service for immediate family only will be held on Friday, May 15, 2020 at Crandon, WI.
