With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Joseph Schwister (Cross Plains, Wisconsin), born in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 23, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John Schwister and Olivia Schwister (Kaiser); his brother John; his sister-in-law Joanne Schwister; and his sister Helen Schwister.

He is survived by : his wife Marilyn Miller; his children, Renee Smith (Martin) and Michael Schwister (Lynn); his grandchildren, Ross Schuchardt (Rylee), Emily Monger (Chris), Sarah Schwister (Josh) and Molly Schwister; his great grandchildren, Gabriel Stinson, Easton, Otto, Jack Schuchardt, Madelyn and Waylon Monger; his stepgrandchildren, Nikki Paffenroth (Trent) and Jake Wipperfurth; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Paxton and Trasen Paffenroth; and his brother Paul Schwister (Mary). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
