She is survived by: her children, Sandra Piasecki, Patricia Schilz (late Leonard) and James Pruszka (Lisa); her grandchildren, Becky Pinter, Timothy Piasecki, Lisa Gibson (Brett), Lori Kathmann (Patrick), Robert Schilz (Karen), Thomas Pruszka (Jayme), Daniel Pruszka and David Pruszka; her great grandchildren, Beau, Lexi Gibson, Kelly, Erin, Leo Kathmann, Emmett, Conrad Schilz and Arya Pruszka; and her siblings, Norb Jashek (Ruth), Arlene Sobczak (Daniel) and Marilyn Gorski.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.
