She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Maggie Stewart. She is survived by: her husband Jack H. Puetz; her children, John (Carol), Chris Kania (Mike), Steve (Jane), Julie Stewart (Bob), Mary Schlax (Jeff) and Janet Krummel (Dave); and her grandchildren, Dave Puetz (Bethany), Melissa Turner (Andy), Patrick Kania (Sonja), Kristin Drake (Andrew), Nick Kania, Chelsea, Jack Puetz, Jenna Gruszcynski (Adam), Amy Hinke (Shawn), Jack Stewart, Tim, Ethan Schlax, Julia, Ellie and Megan Krummel. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
