She was predeceased by: her husband Martin. She is survived by: her children, Maura Hrncar (John), Lowrie Becker (Karl), Kathy Jensen (John), John Melotik (Renee), Michael Melotik (Sheryl), Brian Melotik (Lynn) and Mark Melotik (Bridget); and her sister-in-law Joyce Reilly. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
