He was predeceased by: his brothers, Stan and Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Therese Wasniewski (Lance) and Robert Buerger, Jr. (Trina); his grandchildren, Joshua, Andrew, Gina, Anthony (Lexi) and Arlie (Scott Hirst); and his great grandchild Elliot Hirst.
