He is survived by: his children, Paul Benson (Lori) of Mineral Point, WI, Grant Benson (Janet) of Gratiot, WI, Paula McDermott (Rick) of Benton, WI, Tara Bright (Kennon) of Mt and Clark Benson of Belmont, WI; and his siblings, Lavern (Nancy) of West Salem, WI and Deanna Collins (Jim) of New Braunfels, TX. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
