She was predeceased by: her parents, Hans Oechslin and Julia Oechslin (Christen); her husband Bill; and her brother Vic. She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Ritchie (Roch) of Darlington and Julie Hinderman (Alan) of Darlington; her grandchildren, Erin Ritchie, Andrew Ritchie (Kelli), Matt Ritchie (Pam), Chloe and Gracie Hinderman; her great grandchildren, Lilly, Kerigan, Piper, Dutch and Duke Ritchie; her sister-in-law Mary Faith Parkinson of Elm Grove, WI; and her sibling's children, Tom and Pam.
Shortly after her graduation Rosemary married her high school sweetheart, Walter W. "Bill" Parkinson on December 22, 1953 at the Little Brown Church in Nashua, IA.
