He is survived by: his wife Pam; his sons, Brad (Aimee) and Derrick (Lindsay); his stepdaughters, Sarah and Michelle Lindsay; his grandchildren, Greysen, John Wesley, Callen and Harper; and his sisters, Linda Hasz (Bill) and Sharie Buskager (Jerry). He is also survived by five nieces.
