He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Phipps and Isabel Phipps (Payne); and his sisters, Shirley Schneeberg and Delores Liptow. He is survived by : his wife Margie Kerwin; his sister Martha Karow (Russ); his brother-in-law Kyle Schneeberg; and his stepchildren, Lynn Olson (Dave), Kim Kerwin and Jeffrey Kerwin. He is also survived by 3 step grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
