She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Valauskas and Barbara Uzemeckas; her spouse Stanely J. Mazeika; her daughter Barbara A. Janaszek of Elkhorn; and her grandchildren, Andrea, Lauren (Kevin) and Aiden.
