She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Mohr of Delavan and Cheryl Baker (Bill Wiswell) of Elkhorn; her grandchildren, Erica Stolarski (Chris), Steven Mohr (Demetra Condos), Erin Sukala (John) and Dustin Baker (Dina); her great grandchildren, Mia, Walter, Maddie, Dylan and Trevor; her brother Jerry Folkers (Donna); and her nephews, Kurt Folkers (Wendy) and Eric Folkers.
