He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Lenz and Jessie Lenz (Stoppenbach); and his nephew Greg. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his children, Diane Pearce (Aaron) of Colgate, WI, David Lenz of Chicago, Bob Lenz of Atlanta and Peter Lenz (Amy) of Chicago; his granddaughters, Anna and Julia; his brother Jerry Lenz (Elaine) of Wilmette, IL; and his niece Anmarie.
