He was predeceased by: his brother George Lievens; his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Williams Lievens (Pudge) and George Wojtowicz; and his parents, William Henry Lievens and Margaret Loncka Lievens.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Phillips Lievens; his children, William Henry Lievens II (Amy), Brian Martin Lievens, Anna, Nora, Talia, Lyra, Sophia and Heather Brenna Costner (Sam); and his sisters, MaryAnn Wojtowicz-Whitney (Terry), Peggy Lievens Thomas (Frank) and Therese Lievens Rayburn (Richard). He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
