He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Gallup and Marlys Gallup (Bellman); his wife Cindy Kruizenga; his daughter Katie (J. J. Blair) of Delavan; his grandson Weston; his sisters, Carol Breaker, JoAnn Churchill (John) and Jane Koehl (George); his siblings-in-law, Pat Wierenga (Bob) and Len Kruizenga (Tammy); and his mother-in-law Leona Kruizenga. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
