He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Royal" Bixby and Marjorie A. Bixby (Hadden) of South Wayne, WI.; and his former wife Patricia L. Bixby (Walsh). He is survived by: his children, William Bixby of Delavan, WI, Melissa Bixby of Bartlett, TN and Theodore Bixby of Rural Retreat, VA.; his sister Joanne Strommen (Stephen) of Glendale, WI; and his nephew Alexander Strommen of Norwalk, CT. He is also survived by friends and co-workers.
