He was predeceased by: his daughter Leslie Gilbert. He is survived by: his wife Meredy Kelley; and his sons, James Kusch Jr. (Ashley) of Sturgeon Bay, WI, David Kusch (Cori) of Algonquin, IL and Mark Johnston (Jennifer Donelson). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
