He is survived by: his siblings, Dr. James Arthur Leek, Joan Marie Leek Duvall, Mary Jane Leek Pence (Clyde), Pamela Sue Leek Predick and Thomas Charles Leek; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Prahl and George Predick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
