Lenz, Sr.; her sons, Grant W. Jacobs (Jean) of Clinton, WI and Daniel C. Jacobs (Sue) of Darien, WI; her grandchildren, Cody A. Jacobs (Ruth), Avery C. Jacobs, Gwynith K. Jacobs, Jett W. Jacobs and Hawk E. Jacobs; and her brothers, William Jr. Lenz (Judy) of Delavan, WI and Gary Lenz (Sandy) of Delavan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
