We are sad to announce that on November 23, 2018, at the age of 76, Leslie A. Weerts (Delavan, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Weerts and Emma Weerts (Hoffman). He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Mark Weerts (Christine) of Delavan, David Weerts (Rhoda) of St. Louis Park, MN and Lynn Cox (Nate) of Menomonee Falls; his grandchildren, Zachary, Natalie, Ella, Caden, Jocelyn, Ben, Aaron and Haritha; his sisters, Joy Gostchock (Barry) and Joan Wolfgramm (Arno); and his brother-in-law Gary Smith (Theresa).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.
