She was predeceased by: her brother George Kachinski. She is survived by: her husband Phillip; her daughter Pam Green (Justin) of Wausau, WI; and her siblings, Kathy Crane (Robert) of Windsor, Ontario and Ed Kachinski (Peggy) of Harvard, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
