She was predeceased by: her parents, Burney Bagby and Helen Bagby (Shoener); her son James; her sisters, Carol and Phyliss; and her brother-in-law Stan.
She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Eli and Keller; her children, Gregory Cook (Denise), Thomas Cook (Carrie) and Connie Hoffman (Robert); her sister Janie Petrik; and her brothers-in-law, Kenneth Gregory and Dennis Johnson. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
