She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Schmidt and Lottie Schmidt (Miller); her husband Jerry Peters; and her sisters, Ruth Beth and Arlene.
She is survived by: her daughters, Janet Hughes (Christopher) of Chicago and Valerie Faust (Greg) of Sun Prairie; her grandchildren, Madison Faust, Margaret Hughes and Michael Hughes; her sister Dorothy Schroeder; and her brother-in-law Orville Freudenberg.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to Delavan United Methodist Church or the Delavan American Legion Auxiliary.
