We are sad to announce that on March 14, 2019, Rafael J. Hernandez Sr. (Delavan, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Maria Nieves, Laura Davila (Eduardo), Elizabeth Torres and Rafael Hernandez; his grandchildren, Alejandra, Penelope, Gabriela, Trent, Hannah and Stephanie; his great grandchild Liam; and his siblings, Lupe, Carmela, Coco and Reynaldo. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to the Hernandez Family.
