He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Herman Schmidt and Ottelia Augusta Englund Schmidt; his child Shirley Ann; his grandchildren, Veronica Josephine Schmidt (Alex Ortiz) of Elkhorn, WI., Seth Richard Schmidt of Elkhorn, WI., Ethan Gordon Schmidt of Elkhorn, WI., Allyssa Marie Schmidt (Ryan Shuda), Evan, Justin Shawn Pfeiffer, Michelle LeAnn Pfeiffer and Patrick Michael Pfeiffer (Shaina Faye Bonner); and his great grandchildren, Sydney Ruth Shuda, Mackenzie Lynn Shuda, Crystal, Jack Michael Pfeiffer, Lillian Raye Pfeiffer, Amara Pfeiffer Pinna and Ronesh Forester Pinna.
