He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Anna (Elgersma); his brother Junice Kok; his brothers-in-law, Howard VantHoff and Don Hughes; his sisters, Hazel Rens (Lesley), Marlys Rens (Lester) and Sylvia Van Someren (Van); his grandson Nathanael; Joyce.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his sisters, Esther VantHoff (Howard) and Marlene Hughes (Don); his sister-in-law Lorraine Alwin (Deryl); his sons, William Kok (Cheryl), Dan Kok (Jenny) and Jon Kok; and his grandchildren, Jessica, Joshua, Jared, David, Ethan and Caleb. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
