He was predeceased by: his parents, Wanda Campbell and Clarence Campbell; his sons, Russell and Joseph; his stepfather Lee Lewis; and his siblings, Curtis, Barbara, Kelvin and Steve Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Joy Blum (Steve), Jamie Campbell, Shayne Campbell (Melissa) and Misti DeWeerd (Ryan); his stepchildren, Jennifer Keithly (Tim), Julie Driscoll (Mike) and Jacob Kieselburg; his aunt Charlene Eddy (late Sid); and his friend Al Buisker (Janie). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.
