He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustav and Eugenie. He is survived by: his spouse Helga; his siblings, Karl Stemke (Maria) and Horst Stemke (Lora); and his siblings-in-law, Anna Preschler (late Ernst) and Katharine Maier (Manfred). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and many loving friends.
