He is survived by: his parents, Mable Lange and William F. Lange; his wife Barbara; and his children, Kim Bolanowski (Ron), Bryan (Annette) of Ohio, Scott (Sheila), Lucas, Paige, Violet and Laine.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed to "City of Hope" in Duarte, CA or "Boxer Rebound" in Ringwood, IL.
