With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth J Chart of East Troy, Wisconsin, born in Lyons, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 7, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Henry Hofner and Elizabeth Hofner; her husband Jack; and her son Robert. She is survived by : her children, Dan (Shirlene) and Mary; and her grandchildren, Diana, Amy and Zac. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Peter's Catholic Church are greatly appreciated.
