He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Leasure and Lydia Leasure; his former wife Lois; and his brother-in-law Robert Nuchell. He is survived by: his wife Rita; his sons, Dale (JoAnn), Dean (Debbie) and Ken (Ellen); and his sister Charlene Nuchell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
