With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Frank of Eau Claire, Wisconsin, born in Rock Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 31, 2021 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John G. Torgerson and Anna Torgerson (Brumberg); her former husband George L. Frank; and her spouses, LaVerne Torgerson of Rock Falls, Leona Ruud (Helmer) of Menomonie and Minda Shaker (Merle) of Mondovi.
She is survived by: her sons, John L. Frank of Eau Claire, WI and Jeffrey L. Frank (Marilyn) of Brookfield, WI; her grandchildren, Ellyn Strodtman (Greg) of Verona, WI and Brian Frank of Brookfield, WI; and her great grandchild Emma Strodtman.
