He is survived by: his former wife Diane Rafferty; his wife Carol Stumpner (Mayer); his children, Debra Cavanaugh (Dan) and Christopher (Cherie); his brother Dennis A. Duffenbach (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Samuel, Rylan, Taylor, Noah and Ryann; and his sisters-in-law, Brenda Mayer and Dolores Mayer. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
