She was predeceased by : her parents, Anthony Diers and Cecilia Diers (Sommer); her husband George Wisnewski; and her siblings, Elizabeth Wolf and Ron "Butch" Diers.

She is survived by : her sisters, Elmira Masanz of Edgar and Mary Jo Diers (Ronald) of Athens; and also Carol. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews.

If desired, memorials in Eleanor's names are being accepted by her family for a charity to be determined.
