He is survived by : his father George Gibson of Normal; his stepmother Peggy Gibson of Normal; his children, Mike Shepherd (Jennifer), Daniel Shepherd, Bloomington Dodson and Rachel Dodson; and his siblings, Debbie Black, Pekin Gibson and Christopher Gibson (Dina). He is also survived by his Mother and Grandparents.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart or American Diabetes Associations.
