He was predeceased by : his parents, James Clark and Helen Clark (Schoch); and his brother Paul. He is survived by : his children, Paul Clark of Elk Mound, WI, Scott Clark of Elk Mound, WI, Dennis Johnson (Heather) of Superior, AZ, Guy Clark (Sarah) of Altoona, WI and Melissa Deters (Tony) of Sparta, WI; and his brothers, David Clark and Roger Clark (Kathy). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
