He is survived by: his children, Leslie Jurgensen (Tom), Jayne Pritchard (David) and Tim; his grandchildren, Katy Jurgensen Gloege (Tad), Katana Maiden and Kolben Pritchard; his great grandchildren, Anderson, Jackson Gloege and Faye Maiden; his stepdaughter Maureen Mushinsky (Ron); his stepgrandson Matthew Nelson; his stepson Mark Clements; his daughter Nicole Clements; and his stepgrandson Silas.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Derrick Funeral Home and Cremation Services (800 Park Dr, Lake Geneva, WI 53147). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
