She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Jensen and Carol Jensen; and her brother David Jensen (Dennis Forss). She is survived by : her husband Dennis Forss; her sons, Robert "Bob" Forss (Robin) of Bloomer and David Forss of Ellsworth; her grandchildren, Levi Blomstrom (Kayley) of Red Wing, Blake Forss of Bloomer and Brooke Forss of Madison; her siblings, Mary Guenther (Bob) of Red Wing, Mark Jensen (Julie) of Ellsworth and Eric Jensen (LuAnne) of Bay City; and her pet Gizmo. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and loving family and friends.
