With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Steinberg in Embarrass, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 24, 2020 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Leonard Schmidt and Evelyn Schmidt (Berndt); and her sister-in-law Marie Schmidt. She is survived by : her husband Richard "Dick" Steinberg; her daughters, Carrie Merholtz (Chris), Melissa Eid (Keith) and Holly Fentress (Jay); and her brother Stanley Schmidt.

A gathering of family and friends may be held at a later date once COVID concerns are lifted.

Due to allergy concerns, in lieu of flowers, memorials in Carol's name are preferred to be directed to Zion Lutheran Church, Embarrass.
