She is survived by : her husband John Bak; her children, Ed Bak, Henry Bak, Halina Bak-Hughes (Sheldon Hughes) and Steve Bak; her granddaughter Amber Bak; her great grandchild Justice; and her siblings, Theresa Bucko (David Neitzel) and Miroslaw Melon (Alfreda).
