He was predeceased by : his parents, John Kauffman and Opal Kauffman (Miller); his wife Annabelle Elliott; his granddaughter Tatum Jacobson; and his brothers, John "Baldy", Donald and Russell Kauffman.
He is survived by : his children, Tammy Jacobson (Tom) of Destin, FL, Becky Carden of Middleton, Rodney Kauffman (Lynn) of Boscobel and David Kauffman of Shawnee, KS; his grandchildren, Travis, Tyler Jacobson, Rick Steiner, Kassie Cannon (Dane), Jacob, Nicole, Dakota and Mackenzie Kauffman; his great grandchild Scarlett Cannon; his siblings, Stanley Kauffman (Kay) of Lancaster and Judy Kauffman Bartow-Evans of Texas; and his close friend Lois Balk of Prairie. He is also survived by sister and brother-in-laws, nieces, nephews.
