Arlene R. Zimpel-Bablick Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2025, at the age of 100, Arlene R. Zimpel-Bablick of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Arlene R. Zimpel-Bablick to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George D. Gerke and Clara A. Nelson Gerke; her husbands, Teddy and Charles; her siblings, Jeannie Dale, Clayton Gerke and Glen Gerke; her grandson Chad Pettersen; her son-in-law William Hede; and her brothers, Jerry Dale and Shirley Gerke (Joan Gerke).
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Ferge (Mike), Diana Hede and Debra Cali (Joe); and her stepchildren, Dave Bablick (Ginny), Denny Bablick (Luann) and Mary Sarvor (Jerry). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight step-grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 20 step-great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, three step-great great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials/donations can be made to Ascension Lutheran Church in Waukesha, St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Park Falls, or the Fondy Food Pantry in Arlene's name.
